MOOLI KA PARATHA







































































INGREDIENTS

Mooli (radish) : 2-3 pieces (medium size)
Flour (maida) : 3 cups
Ginger : 1 tsp (finely grated)
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Green chilly : 5-6 pieces (finely chopped)


PREPARATION

• Wash and grate mooli (radish) and keep aside
• Squeeze and drain all the water
• Pour the flour (maida) in a bowl and mix water and knead it to make a soft dough
• Mix the grated mooli (radish), ginger, salt and green chilly with the flour
• Take small amount of dough, make balls and roll into a round paratha
• Heat non-stick pan and fry the mooli paratha both sides to crispy and brown
• Put some oil over the paratha
• Serve the hot mooli paratha with red chilly pickle

    is it necessary to saute the ingredient before mixing with flour.

  5. thts a quick dish with mooli..love radish raw and paranthas...the pickle in red is complimenting th eyellow paranths..i add wheat flour/jowar flour and chickpea flour to radish..pics r rocking as usual
