PALAK PANEER




































































INGREDIENTS

Spinach : 1/2 kilo
Paneer : 250 grams
Onion : 2 pieces (medium size)
Garlic paste : 1/4 tsp
Ginger paste : 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Cumin powder : 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder : 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/4 tsp
Green chilly : 6-8 pieces
Butter : 1/2 tsp


PREPARATION

• Put the spinach, onion, ginger paste, garlic paste and green chilly in mixy and grind it well
• Cut paneer into small pieces
• Heat 6-8 tsp of oil in a kadai
• Add cumin seeds and wait for few seconds till it sizzle
• Pour the spinach paste and stir it well for 10-15 minutes
• Add salt, black pepper powder, coriander powder and cumin powder
• Stir it again for 5-10 minutes and mix it properly
• Pour paneer and stir it well
• Cover the kadai for 5-10 minutes
• Remove the cover of the kadai and add butter
• Serve it hot with paratha/chapati

  26. Fantastic preparation dear. Roti diye khete ja lage na....Ami last e serve korar shomay ektu fresh cream o di tatey khoob rich lage khete. Tomar gravy er rang ta khoob darun hoyeche...
