PALAK MATAR





































INGREDIENTS

Palak (spinach) : 500 gram
Green peas : 250 gram
Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Black cumin seeds : 1/4 tsp
Tomato : 1 piece (medium size)
Bori : 6-8 pieces (dried small pulse cakes)
Green chilly : 3-4 pieces
Red dry chilly : 2-3 pieces


PREPARATION

• Cut palak and tomato into small pieces
• Heat 2-4 tsp of oil in a kadai
• Fry bori and keep it aside
• Pour black cumin seeds and dry red chilly and wait for few seconds till it sizzle
• Pour the palak in kadai and stir it well
• Add salt, green chilly and turmeric powder
• Stir for 5 minutes and pour green peas, bori and tomato
• Stir it well for 5-10 minutes
• Serve it with plain rice/roti

    Kyamon achho? Eto Ta TaDi vacation sesh? Na-ki Vacation tehke post korchho? Darun dish and kakhono eto KaDai shuti diye palok randhini.taste ta imagine Korchhi BoDi is a must I guess.
    I feel good you liked the Hong Kong Picture. It is an amazing place, the city never sleeps like Mumbai...but there is nothing to see..concrete jungle.
    I am stuck here like Milano..came for 10 days now it seems it will be 3 weeks before I leave. Bhalo theko..
