CHEESE OMLETTE

















































































INGREDIENTS

Ghee : 2 tsp
Egg : 6 pieces
Onion : 2 pieces (small size – finely chopped)
Tomato : 1 piece (medium size –finely chopped)
Green chilly : 4-5 pieces
Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Ginger : 1/4 tsp (finely grated)
Cheese : 2 tsp (grated)


PREPARATION

• Batter eggs in a bowl
• Add onion, salt, tomato, ginger and green chilly and mix it well
• Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a pan
• Wait for few seconds
• Pour battered eggs on the pan and scatter it all over the pan properly
• Fry it for 5-10 minutes till it becomes brown in colour
• Turn the omlette to the other side and wait again for 5-10 minutes
• Add shredded cheese on the omlette
• Serve it hot with dal and roti
