INGREDIENTS
Prawn : 500 grams
Spring onion : 1/2 bowl (small size - finely chopped)
Peri-peri marinade sauce : 6-8 tsp
Chilly sauce : 4-5 tsp
Coconut powder : 1 bowl (small size)
Chilly flakes : 1 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Garam masala : 1/4 tsp
PREPARATION
• Marinate prawn with peri-peri sauce and chilly sauce
• Pour 4-5 tsp of oil in a kadai
• Add the marinated prawn and stir it well for 10-15 minutes
• Add spring onion, chilly flakes, salt and coconut powder and stir it again for 5-10 minutes
• Add little water and cover the kadai for 5-10 minutes till the prawn becomes tender
• Open the cover of the kadai and scatter garam masala
• Serve the prawn with steam rice
