ALU BHURJI






































































INGREDIENTS

Potato : 2-3 pieces (medium size)
Dry red chilly : 3-4 pieces
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves : 10-12 leaves


PREPARATION

• Cut potato into small pieces
• Take 5-6 tsp of oil in a pan
• Pour dry red chilly and wait for few seconds till it sizzle
• Add potato and stir it for 5-10 minutes
• Add curry leaves and stir it well for another 5 minutes
• Add turmeric powder, salt and chilly powder and mix it well
• Cover the pan for 5-10 minutes till the potato becomes tender
• Serve it with chapatti
