ReplyDeleteDear Urmi
ReplyDeleteTomar intimation pey chole elam , ki rendhechho dekhar jonno. I like this jhol..infact 4 days a week it is there no matter if it is Rui or pabda. But I note there is a difference . I use 1 tsp kalo jeere and green chiili as sombora ( Morich PoDa holud jhol)and 1 heap tsp holud..of course Bori is there and eat with Kagoji or gandha lebu.
The new thing I learn here is to use red chili ( dry one I guess) , less kalo jeere and holud ..will try tomorrow.
This is a typical bangal recipe (except the dhone pata) , what is your bangal connection? ha ha
Bhalo theko
PS Bean and alu ami banai ,but Mushroom is new for me in this.... cant wait to try it
I still remember the pabda jhol of Bhojohori manna....uff daruuuun recipe Babli
