INGREDIENTS
Raddish : 4-5 pieces (finely grated)
Ginger : 1 tsp (finely grated)
Flour (maida) : 500 grams
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Green chilly : 4-5 pieces (finely chopped)
Oil : 2-3 tsp
PREPARATION
• Clean and grate the raddish
• Squeeze away the water from raddish and keep it aside
• Take maida in a bowl and add grated raddish, salt, ginger, oil and green chilly
• Mix it well and add little water and knead to a soft dough
• Take some dough and flatten it in a round shape
• Take non-stick pan and fry the paratha on both the sides with oil
• Serve it hot with potato curry
