MOONG DAL VADA




























































































INGREDIENTS

Moong dal : 300 grams
Cumin seeds : 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Onion : 2 pieces (finely chopped)
Green chilly : 6-8 pieces (finely chopped)


PREPARATION

• Soak moong dal in water for couple of hours
• Grind it properly to make a smooth paste
• Pour the moong dal paste in a bowl
• Add chopped onion, green chilly, coriander powder, salt and cumin seeds
• Mix it properly
• Make small round shape
• Heat 10-12 tsp of oil in a frying pan
• Deep fry both the sides
• Serve hot vada with ketchup
