PANEER CHICKEN SATAY PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

Sugar : 2 tsp
Dry yeast : 1 packet
Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Pepper powder : 1 tsp
Olive oil : 4 tsp
Flour (wheat or bread) : 4 cups
Cheese (mozzarella) : 1 packet
Capsicum : 1 piece (medium size)
Tomato : 1-2 pieces
Onion : 1 piece (big size-finely chopped)
Garlic : 4-5 pieces (finely chopped)
Paneer : 1 small packet (cut into small pieces)
Chicken : 1 small bowl (shredded)

PREPARATION

• Mix water, sugar and yeast in a big vessel
• After 10 minutes, add salt, olive oil, and one cup of flour
• Add one by one all four cups of flour and keep smashing it constantly
• Mix it thoroughly so that the kneaded flour should be quite smooth
• Knead it well and make it dry nor sticky
• Take little oil and smear it over the dough. Cover it with plastic sheet or wet towel. Place it in a warm place or in oven (switch –off)
• Leave it for 40 minutes. If the dough has raised double of its size, it is ready for shaping.
• Let it cool for sometime and shape the dough ball by tossing, turning, and spinning in a clockwise rotation till it becomes flat and circular as required
• Cut tomato, onion, garlic, capsicum, paneer and chicken into small pieces
• Heat 4-6 tsp of oil in a pan
• Pour all the ingredients and fry it well and keep it aside
• Place the pizza base on the pizza screen
• Spread the cheese on the base and evenly spread paneer, chicken, tomato, onion, garlic and capsicum
• Keep pizza in oven at 500 F temperature for 10 minutes
• Keep checking the pizza after every 4 to 5 minutes
• Make sure that the pizza does not get over heating or under heating
• Take out the pizza and scatter pepper powder and serve it
