ALOO BHUTEKO



















































INGREDIENTS

Potato : 8-10 pieces (small size)
Cumin seeds : 1/4 tsp
Bay leaf : 2-3 pieces
Dry red chilly : 3-4 pieces
Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Green chilly : 4-5 pieces
Pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice : 1 tsp
Coriander leaves : 1/2 bowl (small size)


PREPARATION

• Boil potato in pressure cooker and wait for 2-3 whistle
• Heat 5-6 tsp of oil in a kadai
• Add cumin seeds, bay leaf and dry red chilly and wait for few seconds till it sizzle
• Pour the potato in kadai and stir it well for 10-15 minutes
• Add green chilly, cumin powder, pepper powder, chilly powder and salt
• Stir it well for 5-10 minutes
• Extract lemon juice on it and mix it well
• Garnish with coriander leaves
• Serve it hot with chapati/puri
