RAVA PEDA
INGREDIENTS
Rava : 1 cup
Milk : 3-4 cups
Ghee : 2 tsp
Sugar : 8-10 tsp
Cardamom : 6-8 pieces
Clove powder : 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts : 8-10 pieces
PREPARATION
• Boil milk in a pan
• Heat ghee in another pan and add rava
• Stir continuously for 10-15 minutes in low flame
• Pour boil milk when rava turns into brown colour
• Add sugar and stir it properly for 5-10 minutes so that sugar dissolves completely
• Add cardamom and clove powder and mix it well
• Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes in room temperature
• Take small amount of rava and make a round shape
• Garnish with cashew nuts
• Serve rava peda in a plate
