GOBHI HARIYALI


















































































INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower : 1 piece
Potato : 1-2 pieces (medium size)
Cumin seeds : 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/4 tsp
Dry red chilly : 3-4 pieces
Green chilly paste : 2 tsp
Basil pesto : 1 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves : 1 bowl (small size)


PREPARATION

• Cut cauliflower and potato into medium pieces
• Heat 6-8 tsp of oil in a kadai
• Pour cumin seeds and red dry chilly and wait for few seconds till it sizzle
• Add cauliflower and potato and stir it well for 5-10 minutes
• Add cumin powder, salt, green chilly paste and basil pesto and mix it well for 5-10 minutes
• Cover the kadai for 10-15 minutes
• Open the cover of the kadai and scatter coriander leaves
• Serve it hot with roti/paratha
