KUNDRU KI SABZI
INGREDIENTS
Kundru : 500 gram
Onion : 2 pieces (medium size – finely chopped)
Tomato : 1 piece (medium size – finely chopped)
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder : 1/2 tsp
Green chilly : 3-4 pieces
Garam masala : 1/4 tsp
PREPARATION
• Heat 5-6 tsp of oil in a kadai
• Add onion and fry it for 10-15 minutes till it becomes brown in colour
• Add kundru and then stir it well
• Add turmeric powder, salt, chilly powder and green chilly and stir it well for 5-10 minutes
• Add tomato and stir it for 5 minutes then cover the pan for 10 minutes
• Open the cover of the pan and scatter garam masala
• Serve it hot with roti/paratha

I liked the chicken Hariali and Pudina-dhania combo..The Mushroom dish is amazing indeed. Need to try for sure.
