RADDISH PARATHA





































































































INGREDIENTS

Raddish : 4-5 pieces (finely grated)
Ginger : 1 tsp (finely grated)
Flour (maida) : 500 grams
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Green chilly : 4-5 pieces (finely chopped)
Oil : 2-3 tsp


PREPARATION

• Clean and grate the raddish
• Squeeze away the water from raddish and keep it aside
• Take maida in a bowl and add grated raddish, salt, ginger, oil and green chilly
• Mix it well and add little water and knead to a soft dough
• Take some dough and flatten it in a round shape
• Take non-stick pan and fry the paratha on both the sides with oil
• Serve it hot with potato curry

  5. Parathas are looking lovely..I too make radish parathas but instead of mixing in the aata I stuff it. Lovely colour too...specks of green and brown on the parthas are looking so tempting.

  24. mujhe sabhi tarah ke parathe pasand hain.inmese muli ke parathe bhi shamil hain...sach main isse dekh mujhe bhukh lag gayi hain....delicious parathe.
