TOMATO CHUTNEY




































































INGREDIENTS

Tomato : 6-8 pieces
Mustard : 1/4 tsp
Ginger : 1/2 tsp (finely grated)
Sugar : 8-10 tsp (according to the taste)
Raisin : 10-12 pieces
Dates : 5-6 pieces


PREPARATION

• Cut tomato into small pieces
• Heat 1 tsp of oil in a kadai
• Add mustard and wait for few seconds till it sizzle
• Pour tomato and stir it for 15-20 minutes
• Add sugar and ginger and mix it properly
• Cover the kadai for 10-15 minutes
• Open the lid and add dates
• Stir it well till it becomes little thick
• Add raisins and mix it properly and let it be cold
• Serve it with dal and rice
