Are you a bengali or married to bengali family. Your "DoiMachh" is very nice. But I suggest you may make another modification. The fish must be fresh and the portion is from a fish weighing about 2 KG. Fry the fish very little. Soak it in curd for about an hour. Throw this curd. now put more than half fried onion-corriander-Ginger-green chilly paste(no Garlic) on this fish and marinate for 15 minutes. Put the marinated fish and masala and some corriander leaf(Dhania Patta) in a closed tight container and put it inside the presuure cooker and cook for 10 minutes in lowest possible flame. Keep the container inside for another 15 minutes and take out. This is Bhapa Fish. Those who do not like fish for smell and have digestion problem may like it. You may also use raw Mustard paste with one table spoon of mustard oil instead of Masala paste.
