SARSON DE GOBHI


INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower : A medium size
Green chilly : 6-8 pieces
Mustard seeds : 1/2 bowl
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves : 1/2 bowl


PREPARATION

• Cut the cauliflower into small pieces
• Put mustard and green chilly in a grinder and make a paste but not very smooth else it will become bitter
• Keep the paste separately
• Heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan
• Pour cauliflower pieces
• Add turmeric powder, a pinch of salt, cumin powder and coriander powder
• Stir it for 10 minutes
• Pour the mustard and green chilly paste
• Stir the cauliflower properly for 5 minutes so that it gets covered with mustard and green chilly paste
• Add half bowl of water
• Cover the pan for 10 minutes
• Remove the cover of the pan and scatter coriander leaves
• Serve it hot with dal fry and plain rice

  3. babli, amake apni bolo na please ...tumi bolle khub nijer mone hoi!ami motei Fish er bhakto noi...amar chele rahul er jonye ei sab fish recipe banate hoi...ami veg pachhondo kori ...ei month ta amar bloger Fish month so sab recipe fisher ... tumi o icche hole pathate paro..

    I tried your SDG yesterday and kept a part of ot in the fridge. The part kept in fridge tasted better. But this preparation is quite offbeat to me and we enjoyed both portions.
