Prawn : 1/2 kilo
Potato : 2 pieces (medium size)
Capsicum : 1 piece (medium size)
Tomato : 2 pieces (medium size)
Onion : 2 pieces (medium size – finely chopped)
Mustard Sauce : 4-6 tsp
Ginger paste : 1 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Green chilly : 3-4 pieces


• Clean prawn properly
• Pour 10-15 tsp of oil in a pan
• Cut potatoes into small pieces
• Fry prawn and potato nicely till it becomes little crispy red and keep it separately in a plate unless the oil drains off
• Cut capsicum, tomatoes, green chilies and onion into small pieces and pour them in the pan and stir it nicely for 10-15 minutes with turmeric powder, chilly powder, mustard sauce, salt and ginger paste and stir it again for 15-20 minutes
• Add potatoes and prawns, mix it well and cover the pan for 3-5 minutes
• Serve it hot with white rice or paratha / naan

  9. Thats a unquie dish with mustard sauce... I make loads of dishes iwth mustard paste, never tried with sauce though...

  11. very good प्रोंस अभी तक मैने आलू और शिमला मिर्च के साथ नही बनाये थे अब इसे भी ट्राय करता हूँ वैसे यह इस दृष्टि से भी ठीक है कि शेल निकाल देने के बाद प्रोंस थोड़े से दिखाई देते है इंग्रेडियेंट मे आलू व शिमला मिर्च मिलाने से क्वांटिटी ज़्यादा दिखाई देगी । बेहतर खायें सेहत बनायें -शरद कोकास
