PARATHA WITH SPINACH
INGREDIENTS
Methi leaves : 1/2 kilo
Wheat flour (Maida) : 1/2 kilo
Ginger : 1 tsp
Green chilly : 5-6 pieces
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Sunflower oil : 2-3 tsp
PREPARATION
• Wash methi leaves properly
• Cut methi leaves, ginger and green chilly into small pieces
• Take a wide mouthed container and put wheat flour (maida), salt (as per taste), sunflower oil, methi leaves, ginger and green chilly
• Add little water in the mixture and mix it well
• Make a ball of dough slightly thicker than chapati/roti and roll it a little
• Flatten these balls and roll it nicely like chapatis/rotis
• Keep the pan on low flame and place the methi paratha on it
• When one side of the paratha becomes brown, flip on the other side
• When both sides are done then apply oil on both sides
• Serve hot methi parathas with pickle

ReplyDeleteबहुत सुंदर,लेकिन मेदे की जगह आटा अच्छा रहेगा, क्योकि मैदा पेट के लिये अच्छा नही होता,हमारे यहां भारतिया दुकान पर आटे की जगह मैदा ही मिलता है, लेकिन हम सीधे चक्की से आटा ही पिस्वा कर लाते है

दो-तीन बार ये बन ही जाते हैं।
यदि 1 प्याज और 3-4 लहसुन फाँक भी पीसकर
आटे में मिला दे तो ज्यादा गुणकारी हो जायेंगे और
इनका स्वाद भी बढ़ जायेगा!
