GARMAGARAM SAMOSA
























































































































































INGREDIENTS

Flour : 1 kilo
Potato : 5-6 pieces (medium size)
Cauliflower : 1 piece (small size)
Green peas : 250 gram
Carrot : 1 piece
Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp


PREPARATION

• Cut the potatoes, carrot, cauliflower into small pieces
• Heat 5-6 tsp of oil in a kadai
• Pour potatoes, cauliflower and carrot then fry it nicely for 15-20 minutes
• Add salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and green peas
• Stir it well for 10-15 minutes
• Keep it aside separately
• Pour flour in a bowl, add baking soda and sunflower oil and make strong dough
• Make small balls of the dough, roll them into thin circles and cut them into half
• Sprinkle water on the sides of the dough and shape into cones
• Fill the cooked potato mix in the cones and close the sides properly
• Heat 10-12 tsp of oil in a kadai
• Put the samosas in it and fry it well till it turns golden brown
• Serve the hot samosas with tea/coffee
