KADDU PHOOL KE PAKODE (PUMPKIN FLOWER PAKODA)



































































































INGREDIENTS

Pumpkin flower : 12-15 pieces (as required)
Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Sunflower oil : 1 tsp
Besan (gram flour) : 250 gram


PREPARATION

• Wash pumpkin flowers properly
• Remove the stem and seed from the flower
• Cut the flower into small pieces
• Take besan in a bowl
• Add salt and oil with besan and mix it properly
• Soak the pumpkin flowers in the besan
• Heat 8-10 tsp of oil in a kadai
• Pour pumpkin flowers in the kadai and fry it nicely
• Serve crispy pumpkin flower pakoda with tea

  5. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm! I have never really come across pumpkin flowers.On top of that u have made pakodas with them.I must try to find out the flowers and try making pakodas.They look so delicious.

  23. That recipe is interesting, we use this flowers a lot. We too make something similar.My mom uses rice flower and those are used to make a kind of simple curry.
    You really do have so many things on your blog. shall keep visiting.

  27. Wonderful dear....Ei phool er pakora r jonne ami pagol.....This was easily available in C.R. Market(Delhi) ....kintu bangalore e jobe theke shift hoyechi ar payeni....Will satisfy myself just by looking at the pictures :-)
