PRAWN CUTLET











































































































INGREDIENTS

Prawn : 250 grams (small size)
Onion : 2 pieces (medium size)
Ginger : 1/2 tsp (small pieces)
Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Green chilly : 6-8 pieces
Gram flour : 6-8 tsp


PREPARATION

• Take small prawns without head, wash them and remove the shell
• Cut onions, ginger and green chilly into small pieces
• Pour gram flour in a bowl and mix with prawn, onion, ginger, green chilly and salt
• Heat 10-12 tsp of oil in a pan
• Make a small flat shape with the ingredients and prawn and then pour it in pan
• Fry it properly till it becomes brown in colour
• Serve it hot with rice, dal and salad
