CHATPATA ROTI























































































INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour : 1-2 cups
Ginger : 1/2 tsp (finely grated)
Oil : 4-5 tsp
Water : 1/2 cup
Green chilly : 6-8 pieces
Onion : 1-2 pieces (medium size - finely chopped)
Salt : 1/2 tsp


PREPARATION

• Take wheat flour in a bowl
• Add oil in it and mix it well
• Pour 1/2 cup of water and stir it nicely
• Add ginger, green chilly, salt and onion and mix it well
• Heat 1-2 tsp of oil in a non-stick pan
• Pour the flour mixture with a spatula and spread it evenly
• Wait for few seconds and then turn the other side till it becomes brown in colour
• Serve it hot with hot chilly sauce

  1. What flour have you used Babli ? Maida or wheat .I make this with wheat flour+rice flour

  6. This recipe is simple and we add little coconut scraping to it. Good one
    I made your baby corn capsicum curry. We all liked it . Instead of red capsicum I used green as we get only that here.
