BESAN KA LADDU
INGREDIENTS
Besan (Gram flour) : 2 cups
Ghee : 1/2 cup
Sugar : 10-12 tsp
Cardamom powder : 1 tsp
Clove powder : 1/2 tsp
Almonds : 5-6 tsp (finely chopped)
PREPARATION
• Heat the ghee in a pan
• Add besan (gram flour) and fry it continuously in low flame for 10-15 minutes till it becomes brown in colour
• When colour of besan (gram flour) becomes brown keep it aside for 25-30 minutes and let it cool
• Add sugar, cardamom powder and clove powder and mix it well
• Add chopped almonds and mix it properly
• Shape the mixture into balls
• Serve it in a plate
