ReplyDeleteDear Urmi
ReplyDeleteVery nice recipe indeed. I am going to try it with Indian Basa ( pangas), Mai mai and Arh ( SingaDa in north).
I had Basa 1st time, when I was in Vietnam. This fish is available in Mekong river. Now 5 star hotels in India have started serving. One dish was published in Indian express, Basa cooked in orange sauce ...looks good
The close equivalent of this fish in India is pangas and Bacha machh..they taste the same.
