SEMOLINA PAYESAM
INGREDIENTS
Semolina : 200 gram
Ghee : 2 tsp
Milk : 2 litre
Sugar : 10-12 tsp
Cashew : 8-10 pieces
Raisin : 8-10 pieces
PREPARATION
• Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a pan
• Add semolina, fry till it becomes golden brown and keep it aside
• Pour milk in a saucepan
• Stir it well for 20-25 minutes
• Stir continuously till the milk gets thicker
• Add sugar and mix it well
• Add semolina and stir it for 10-15 minutes
• Scatter cashew and raisin
• Keep it covered till it becomes cold
• Serve it in a bowl
